How it works?

Call our 1300 number or E-mail us with your membership details and a brief description of the issue.

Your online HR Manager will access your company file from our secure server and call you back within 30 minutes.

Depending on the nature of the issue we will either give you advice during this conversation, or if necessary, research the issue and get back to you within 1 hour. A written copy of our advice will be forwarded to you.

If a meeting with a staff member or other stakeholder is necessary, or further follow up is required, your online HR Manager will agree to a time with you and either call or SKYPE into a meeting.

We act the same as your own HR Manager would - we give advice to you and carry out the agreed actions. Our involvement with your orginisation can be as much or as little as you require.
